• How do I buy an auction item?

  To buy an auction item you must be an eclipse TRADE member. When you are logged into the website you may place a bid on an item by entering your bid amount in the "Bid Now" box. The auction will be awarded to the highest bidder, if there is a reserve price, the reserve price must have been met to win the auction. It is then the responsibility of the buyer and seller to make arrangements to complete the transaction of the auction item.

  You do not need to be an eclipse TRADE member to purchase a listed item. Browse items and use the information provided within the listing to contact the seller and setup purchase arrangements.

• How do I sell an auction item?

  To sell an auction item you must be an eclipseTRADE member. Log onto the website and select "Sell an Item" from the top page menu. Select the category and subcategory you wish to auction your item on. Then complete the "Sell an Item" form as required selecting "Auction Item."

• How do I sell a list item?

  To sell a list item you must be an eclipse TRADE member. Log onto the website and select "Sell an Item" from the top page menu. Select the category and subcategory you wish to auction your item on. Then complete the "Sell an Item" form as required selecting "Listing Item."

• How do I make a bulk upload of sales items?

  Log onto eclipseTRADE then select "My Control Panel." Select "Selling" within the "Your Control Panel" page. Then within the "Bulk Actions" column select either "Bulk Auction Uploads" or "Bulk Listing Uploads." Than follow the bulk uploads instructions.

• How do I pay for auction and list items?

  Auction and list items have payment methods as detailed by the seller within the item's auction or list page. You may also contact the seller to arrange the payment for an item. The buyer and seller are responsible for the payment and transaction of sales items.

• What is seller feedback?

  These are comments a buyer can make about a seller after the transaction has been completed, with regard to the manner they carried out the transaction. These are permanent comments and create an online seller reputation.

• How can I remove my auction item?

  You can not remove an auction item if a bid has been made on your item. If your item has not been bid on you may remove your auction item. Log onto you account. Select "My Control Panel." Select "Selling" from menu. Select "Active Auctions" from Auction Details. Check off "Delete" for the item you wish to remove.

• How can I remove my listed item?

  You can remove a listed item any time, for example if the item sells. Log onto your account. Select "My Control Panel." Select "Selling" from menu. Select "Active Listings" from Listing Details. Check off "Delete" for the item you wish to remove.

• What do I do if my listed item sells?

  We recommend that you remove the listed item once sold. Log onto your account. Select "My Control Panel." Select "Selling" from menu. Select "Active Listings" from Listing Details. Check off "Delete" for the item you wish to remove.

• Can I cancel the bid I made on an auction item?

  No, you can not cancel a bid that you made on an auction item. Your bid is final, and can only be superseded by a higher bid by another buyer.

We only provide a venue to people interested in selling and buying merchandise via internet auction and listings advertisements. We do not have control over the items, nor responsible for the actions of those who participate and cannot guarantee the authenticity and quality of a said product.
